Through this statement, PostersCity Srl will provide the users of - - (the “Website”) with the information concerning the website’s personal data protection policy.
Browsing our Website is free and does not require previous registration, except for the purchase area to which users can voluntarily provide their personal data, in order to access specifically identified services.
Whereas users are willing to provide their personal data in order to access such services,  they will be expressly informed under Section 13 of Law Decree N. 196/2003 concerning personal data protection, of the purposes and methods of data processing by PostersCity srl, and their right to require the cancellation or update of their data at any time (Section 7). 

Information on Personal Data Protection Policy

Pursuant to and in accordance with Law Decree No. 196/2003 (Personal Data Protection Code), PostersCity srl provides the following information.

1. Data controller 

The data controller is PostersCity srl, with registered office in Milan - Italy , via V. Monti, 8 - VAT No. IT06275890967.

2. Types of personal data processed

In order to access our Website, previous registration is not required. However, there are areas requiring a username and a password to enter (Reserved Area), or services you must provide your personal data to access (data will be required to access the newsletter and the Purchase Area, etc.) 
Under Section 13 of Law Decree No. 196/2003, if PostersCity srl gathers information and personal data, users shall be preliminarily informed as to the purposes and modalities of the processing for which the data are intended. 
If necessary, PostersCity srl shall obtain the users’ consent to use their personal data. PostersCity may require personal data such as business name, name and last name, address, telephone number, e-mail address, and other information, which users shall accept to provide, in order to access services and/or enter reserved areas, by filling out a registration form.
Posterscity srl shall use personal data gathered on line with the sole purpose referred to during registration, such as managing contractual relations, sending updates on services and products.

3. Voluntary nature of providing personal data

Providing personal data has voluntary nature. However, a failure to provide such data may result in users not being able to access services and obtain the information required (e.g. requesting estimates).
Data concerning connection and web browsing (IP address of users’ computers) are used anonymously for the sole purpose of obtaining statistical information. Therefore, they will be subsequently erased.

4. Processing of personal data

Data may be processed by electronic means or on paper. Personal data undergoing processing shall be processed lawfully and fairly, and shall be accurate, in compliance with the regulations in force, under full confidentiality of the data collected during registration. Data shall not be communicated to third parties, except subject to the restrictions and conditions provided to and approved by users.

5. Links to other websites

This privacy statement only applies to information collected by -  - and does not apply to any other websites browsed by users through connecting links. PostersCity srl is not responsible for the personal data provided to other websites connected to our website.

6. Proliferation and personalization tools

PostersCity srl does not use proliferation tools on this website nor sends promotional/advertising messages, without the user’s expressed consent.

7. Subject’s rights

Pursuant to Section 7 of Law Decree No. 196/2003, a user shall have the right to obtain information on data processing, including a) confirmation as to whether or not personal data concerning him/her exist. 2) A user shall have the right to be informed: a) of the source of the personal data, of the purposes and methods of the processing; of the logic applied to the processing, if the latter is carried out with the help of electronic means; of the identification of data concerning data controller, data processors and the representative designated, of the entities or categories of entity to whom or which the personal data may be communicated or which may get to know said data in their capacity as designated representative(s) in the State’s territory, data processor(s) or person(s) in charge of the processing; updating, rectification or, where interested therein, integration of the data; b) erasure, anonymization or blocking of data that have been processed unlawfully. 3) A user shall have the right to object, in whole or in part to the processing of personal data concerning him/her, where it is carried out for the purpose of sending advertising materials or direct selling or else for the performance of market or commercial communication surveys.
